This course includes an overview of Magda Gerber’s Educaring® Approach, including gross motor, fine motor, and social-emotional development of the infant, designing the environment, planning the curriculum, and issues in parenting.
RIE® Foundations training can be applied in such settings as the natural family, childcare centres, and family childcare. For over 50 years, RIE® has lead the world in education for infants and toddlers in early learning settings. RIE® helps raise authentic infants who are competent, confident, curious, attentive, exploring, co-operative, secure, peaceful, focussed, self-initiating, resourceful, involved, inner-directed, aware and interested.

Childhood Centre programs.
Sharon studied at the Pikler Institute in 2008 and 2012.
She presents workshops and seminars in NZ, Australia and USA.
Sharon also facilitates RIE® Certified Parent-Infant Guidance™ Classes.
